Refund Policy

Checkout is not open yet. After purchase is available, BruhBoard V1 will use manual license key delivery. If something goes wrong, please contact support first.

When a refund may be reviewed

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Payment completed after checkout opens but license key not delivered
  • License activation problems that cannot be resolved
  • Technical issues that prevent the app from being used as described

When a refund may be limited

  • License key has already been delivered and successfully activated
  • Purchase information cannot be verified
  • Request is unrelated to a technical or delivery issue
  • Request is made after an unreasonable delay

What to include

When contacting support after purchase, include the email used for payment, payment date, transaction reference if available, and a short description of the problem.
